By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Commissions are for PERSONAL USE only. No commercial use and/or reproduction. No NFTs.
2. No rush commissions. A commission from me will take approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on factors such as: the complexity of the commission, payment issues (if any), my health, outside obligations etc. Please be patient, as being an artist is not my full time job.
3. Even though I will not be drawing NSFW, you must be 18+ to request a commission from me. This is to prevent transactions and solicited projects to minors. Do not commission me if you are a minor.By commissioning me, you agree to the following:I, ARTFULDESIRE (the artist):- Unless the commission is private, I may post the finished commission online or social media, with watermarks.
- I will NOT profit further from the commission once it is finished.
- I will send the finished commission via client/commissioner’s email as a flattened jpeg. No watermark will be applied to the final work.YOU (the client/commissioner):- Unless the commission is private, you may post the watermark-free commissioned artwork on social media, and/or make it your PFP, so long as you give credit.
- You may NOT claim the artwork as your own.
- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling on different sites, make merch, NFTs, etc.)
- You are 18+ and will communicate respectfully during the entire commission process. Rude or inappropriate requests will not be tolerated.
- You have the sufficient funds to pay for the commission you want.
- You understand that prices are in US Dollars and payment is only through Kofi or Paypal. No exceptions.
